Tikka Banda was invited for the first time by the Office of The President of Malta to participate during L-Istrina, a 12-hr live televised marathon. During the event, Tikka Banda played for the whole twelve hours as ‘Il-Banda tal-Istrina’ acting as the crowd puller of the event. The customised band set-up was supported with other local vocalists which together as a team volunteered this event for a good cause.
